PERFECT WAREHOUSING MANAGEMENT
If we produce your goods for you, we can also store them for you. We’ve steadily increased our storage capacity, and now 25,000 pallet bays are available to store your products. In addition to the usual separation by storage areas for packaging, raw materials and finished products, we have special zones for especially sensitive products. In fact, if desired we can take care of all logistics and deliver full pallets directly to your customer.
SternMaid ensures the high quality of its products during storage at all times. Every warehouse booking is captured in real time by our barcode stock management system.
The well insulated and heated rooms are monitored by data loggers. Thus, the rooms remain above freezing in winter and below 30°C in summer even under extreme outside temperatures. Other areas are available for heated or refrigerated storage, depending on requirements.
We always know where each pallet is. The barcoded pallets are scanned each time they are moved, until they go onto a truck. The last data capture is at the shipping dock. If everything is correct, a delivery ticket is printed. This control system precludes faulty loading.

With our warehousing service, if desired we can also take care of the subsequent logistics, and deliver pallets or truckloads to you or your customer directly from our warehouse. You profit in many ways – there is no need for unnecessary shipping to intermediate storage, you save costs, and you reduce your CO2 footprint while you’re at it.
