SternMaid is specialized in the production of powder and granulate products for further processing or filling into cans or portion bags/sachets. End products such as hard, soft and hard gelatin capsules as well as tablets are not part of our scope of work.

This always depends on the type of order, production batch size and other general conditions and agreements. Reliability and adherence to delivery dates are very important to us.

Customized solutions are possible for the pharmaceutical sector, please contact us directly. In addition, the following minimum order quantities apply to regular orders in the food and nutritional supplements sector:

• Blending: 5,000 kg per production run
• Fluid bed system: 10,000 kg per production run
• Consumer packaging: 10,000 cans sorted by type per production run, 1,000,000 sachets per production run
• Industrial packaging: 10,000 kg per production run

Trial runs or a test production are of course also possible on a smaller scale. Do not hesitate to contact us!

Yes, for what you have processed by us, you can also order the optional warehousing service from us. For this purpose we have, among other things, 25,000 pallet spaces with separation by areas for packaging materials, raw materials and finished goods. High quality and correct handling of sensitive goods are a matter of course for us. We ensure this with the help of well thought-out zone concepts.

Yes, we are pleased to deliver everything from one pallet – no matter where, whether within Germany or worldwide, our logistics make it possible.

In addition to the powder area, we can produce and fill liquid blends on four other machines. This offer is only valid for the processing industry. We do not produce shelf-ready liquid products for the consumer.

Hygienically accurate, we meet the strictest specifications and guarantee our customers consistently high quality. In doing so, we have the following certifications:

• EU-GMP Guideline Part II / ICH Q7
• Organic
• Approval according to §11 diet regulation (balanced diets)

In addition, we can produce according to Kosher and Halal requirements. We also guarantee comprehensive allergen management.

You can also count on us when looking for a suitable development partner. As an independent subsidiary of the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, we belong to a strong group with versatile know-how in research & development. Depending on the project, we can therefore put you in touch with our sister companies. In the field of fluidised bed technology, we ourselves have a pilot plant and can develop products and processes and realize trial quantities for subsequent industrial scale.

No, we exclusively manufacture customized products according to specifications and customer-approved recipes.

Both are possible and part of our flexible service. We are happy to use raw materials and/or packaging materials provided by you after technical inspection. On request, however, we can also offer you a procurement service for raw materials and a wide range of packaging – from industrial bulk packaging to shelf-ready solutions for consumers at extra cost.
