15 blending lines give us the flexibility to fill different size orders and process raw materials under controlled conditions. We can do different particle sizes too, from fine powders to granulates. We can also apply liquids like flavourings, oils or emulsifiers evenly and homogeneously.

FLEXIBLE LINES FOR FLEXIBLE ORDER SIZES
We have four flexible blending lines for medium-sized orders from 5,000 kg up. In addition to high blending precision up to 1:100,000 and fast setup, they have the flexibility to fill sacks, boxes, drums or big bags. Premixes or test blends can also be done in smaller quantities.
CONTAINER SYSTEMS FOR GENTLE BLENDING
We have an autonomous, qualified container blending system in a separate part of the facility. It’s validated to EU GMP Guideline Part II and enables very gentle blending. Optional knife heads let us intensify blending if needed.
HIGH-CAPACITY LINES FOR EFFICIENT BLENDING OF LARGE BATCHES
We fill large blending orders on three fully automatic production lines controlled from a central process control and visualisation system. Up to 15 different raw materials can be fully automatically dosed and weighted out. Naturally we provide complete documentation. Our processes are dependable, and we adhere rigorously to customer formulations.
OPTIONAL SPRAYING OF LIQUID SUBSTANCES
Special nozzles on all lines allow us to add liquid components to powders, homogeneously and finely distributed. For example, these can be micro-components like flavourings, oils, emulsifiers and the like.
