Employee supervises filling process on a canning line

Our new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) brings us a significant step closer to our goal of fully digitalized production with integrated planning and control. The first plants are already actively connected to the system.

In concrete terms, this means…

– Forms in paper form have been digitalized. This alone saves us a stack of paper each year that would reach the highest point of our fluid bed system – and that’s almost 12 meters.
– analysis of all machine-relevant data and product quality is improved. This makes it much easier for our colleagues to input customer orders.
– our planning will be even more efficient and sustainable in the future.
